Studio policies

A Credit card on file is required for all appointments. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

  • All cancelations require 12 hours notice, in order to provide adequate time to fill the appointment space. If you wish to cancel with less than 12 hours notice, this is considered a late cancellation and your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the service total.

  • Please be on time, and allow enough time to find parking. Makawao Town is always busy!

    If you are more than 5 minutes late to any wax appointment, your appt may be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service total. If you are late to any facial appointment, your treatment time will be shortened, you may not receive the entire service and you will be charged full price.

  • All no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Future bookings will require approval and pre-payment in full.
